Keeping You Safe Is Our Top Priority
As more businesses begin to reopen, and life with COVID-19 begins to take shape, we wanted to share with you the measures we are taking to make sure that you, our employees and our community are safe. We have implemented the following procedures in our day-to-day operations:
Wellness Check
Before coming into our facility, and before any job site measures, deliveries or installs are performed, all employees and customers must complete a self-assessment of the following 4 questions:
1. Have you traveled outside of the New England states (MA, CT, ME, NH, VT, RI) during the last 14 days?
2. Have you had close contact with anyone who has traveled outside of New England during the last 14 days?
3. Have you been in close contact or cared for anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 during the last 14 days?
4. Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms during the last 14 days (to include fever (100.4 or higher),
cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing)?
Those who answer “YES” to any of the above questions are asked not to come into the office and reschedule any in - person
appointments to a later date, and/or make alternate arrangements.
Face Masks Required
Beginning May 6, our facility will require employees and customers to wear masks while in the building. Additionally, employees will be required to wear masks during any on-site appointments, including templates, deliveries, and installations. All customers are kindly asked to do the same when unable to safely social distance from our employees.
Social Distancing In Practice
We have adopted social distancing where possible, including in our facility and at all on-site appointments, deliveries & installations.
Hand Washing & Sanitizing
Hand washing & sanitizing stations have been established at our facility and we are sanitizing daily per CDC guidelines.
Templates, Deliveries & Installations
We are still scheduling on-site templates, deliveries & installations as we normally would. Our teams have been asked to wear masks and gloves at all times and maintain a social distance where possible. All tools, trucks & job sites will be frequently sanitized per CDC guidelines. For more information about our new in-home procedures, please contact our customer service staff.
